When i take my worms from these coarse and shelly beaches and go fishing at say Budgewoi Beach/jewfish point, the sand that the worms are in looks dark yellow and grainy/shelly compared to the sand at the above mentioned beach. The worms are there on the steep and coarse beaches, its a matter of worming on a really low tide.
